Is yoga for everyone?

I deeply believe that yoga holds benefits for every human being, and my mission is to make it accessible to as many people as possible.
Yoga and meditation can be integrated into daily life in a simple yet powerful way—through the practice of observation: observing the body, the breath, the thoughts, and the emotions.

This simple act of attention helps to break the vicious cycle of mental and emotional patterns that create disorder in our lives and relationships.
It’s not a technique to “feel better”—it’s a path of deep transformation.

What is The Yoga Protocol?

The Yoga Protocol is a proposal to elevate your personal and spiritual development to new levels. It includes everything from basic meditation techniques for beginners to refined practices for those already exploring the subtle arts more deeply. My goal is to help you build strong mental and physical health, amplify your intuition and creativity, and establish a sustainable personal practice you can carry on your own. Beyond the physical dimension, the protocols promote mental clarity, stress relief, and emotional balance. They support your integral well-being.

About Me:

Matías is a meditation teacher, certified yoga instructor, and dedicated student of the mind-body complex.
With extensive experience guiding both group and individual sessions, his approach blends Zen-inspired mindfulness, accessible breathwork and pranayama (for beginners and advanced practitioners alike), and meditation techniques that are both grounded and engaging.

After years spent visiting ashrams, studying in yoga schools, and teaching in centers around the world, Matías integrates wisdom from traditional practices with insights from modern neuroscience, biology, and psychology. His work focuses on sharing practical tools to enhance focus, emotional regulation, and inner calm — skills that support well-being in daily life. He calls these integrative practices yogic protocols.

With Matías, expect presence, playfulness, and a sincere invitation to slow down and reconnect.
